I’ve been making my own bread using dried yeast from the store for years. I’m to the point where store bought bread tastes like mush to me. I did read in the Wild Bread book that using this yeast will affect the mother.
I dont really want to go without good bread for a month while my mother is on the counter. Is it possible to move the mother to another floor of the house, bake bread and then move it back to the kitchen??
Once my mother is in the refrigerator will i be able to bake store yeast breads?
Thank you for your response
