Ok I made a mistake
I just converted my counter /proofer mother to a refrigerator but kept feeding her for 1 1/2 days before I realized I was on automatic daily feeding. Mother seems like a large gluten slug. Can she be saved?

Definitely. Just pull it out of the refrigerator and revisit the counter mother phase. As long it was nice and active when you moved it from the counter to the refrigerator, it should perk back up in no time (my guess is a week at most).
