Hi. I really enjoy reading comments from everyone. I am new to wild bread and have made a few mistakes but I continue to persevere.
My question: does the bread always taste sour or can it be toned down or made into sweet bread?
Thank you
Irene

Hi Irene,

Are you making recipes from the Beginner Breads Section? If so, once your mother is developed and you move onto the Advanced Breads Section, the breads you make will have a more subdued sourdough flavor.
