I would like to make a loaf similar to the beginner batter bread (I love the crispy sides of the bread cooked in a glass pan) but I am in the refrigerator/advanced bread making stage and I do not see a recipe for any similar bread that requires the 1 1/2 cups of activated batter. Is there a recipe?

Hi Jan,
Yes, you can make batter bread with your refrigerator mother. Here's a link to a previous thread detailing what I do when I make a loaf of Batter Bread with a refrigerator mother: http://wildbread.net/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=176

I agree that the crispy sides of the bread are pretty irresistible.
