Is "sculpted" important or can I use smooth?
Thanks, Ralph |

You can use a different lidded container for this. The lidded loaf pans were handy for our purposes for streamlining the equipment list by doubling up on the purpose of the loaf pans. |

Posted - Mar 07 2019 : 7:06:20 PM They don't need to be sculpted--at the time we were working on the equipment list, the only Pyrex loaf pans readily available were sculpted. Any 1.5-qt glass loaf pans will do, as long as at least one has a lid (you'll need the lid when you transition to a Refrigerator Mother). Something like this would be perfect: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01FWS58RY?pf_rd_p=c2945051-950f-485c-b4df-15aac5223b10&pf_rd_r=W9J2QTHCNN6THFRD294M |
