Posted - Oct 22 2018 : 10:03:25 AM This is my rolls from last week before I baked them.
These are the rolls after I baked them. (Minus the one I ate! Lol)
These are my rolls I made this week. I got my cake day a couple days off because we went out of town over the weekend. I put my mother in the fridge while we were gone. I had fed her right before I had put her in. Then I fed her when I took her out. The next morning everything seemed to be good. She was in the fridge for approx 48 hours. Since my bake day got off I figured I would try my mother this week as a fridge mother. So I could get back on my right bake day. If it doesn’t do well on one of the advanced recipes I may put her back in the counter for a week again.
This weeks bakeday, Sunday night/Monday, I made rolls again. I made the dough last night and baked them this morning.
This was my rolls before I baked them.
My rolls after they had been baked.

The small roll on both pans is a roll from last week I compared it with. They have like doubled this week! |

I used half of my wholewheat beginner mother to make these rolls and the rest for cinnamon rolls. They're dense but full of flavor...a meal all on it's own ! |
