I tried my hand this week at “copycatting” Panera Breads Cinnamon Crunch Bagels. They tasted good, but they were more sticky than crunchy. Next time maybe I’ll try dipping them in the sugar instead of pouring it on top that aqua it will be evenly distributed on the Bagels. The taste was wonderful, I wish I would have had two for breakfast instead of one this morning, lol.

I took a pinch of the cinnamon sugar and rolled it in when I shaped the bagels.

Ready to go in the oven.

If you were so far away!! I have seriously considered making like 6-8 larger bagels instead of 12 “small” ones next time, I like a big bagel, but hey 2 small ones are just as good!

And I'll take three.
