Here’s a In-the-oven pic of my loaf and a beautiful (at least I think!) after pic of my loaf. I had to go to town durning my first ride so it was 3 hours instead of 2 hours. Then the second rise only took 1 hour. I did have my proofer at 85 degrees with the water tray.





This was from last Friday.
