Posted - Mar 24 2019 : 1:11:15 PM This weekend I had been wanting to make just plain ole' sandwich loaf bread. My mom wanted me to make rolls to go with our Sunday lunch. So as a compromise I made me a Mini Loaf from a glass pan I found in the cabinet and then made the rest of the dough into clover rolls! As you should be able to tell, I had fun photographing my loaf!
Here are the Rolls (Before rise, After Rise, and Fresh out of the oven!!)
I used 1/3 of the dough for the loaf and the other 2/3 for the rolls... I didn't measure the dish but it think Its about 4 1/2- 5" square at the top... something like that.
I love the way this last photo turned out!

Posted - Mar 25 2019 : 5:11:27 PM That’s a bummer about the camera for your bagels. I like the shaping part too! All the even divisions and then watching each piece get shaped. It’s just so mesmerizing and relaxing at the same time.

Posted - Mar 25 2019 : 10:43:01 AM Thanks y'all! I was trying to photograph it differently and was so pleased the way it turned out:) I hadn't even thought about clover rolls being perfect for spring, (that's just the way my mom likes them) but that's so true! Last week I was going to do a timelapse on the bagels... I thought I had started my camera but then realized I hadn't when my phone screen turned off in the middle of "filming". My favorite part is watching the "design" shaping part of each bread!

Posted - Mar 25 2019 : 09:04:01 AM That's the cutest mini loaf I've ever seen--the pictures look fantastic! And the cute clover-leaf rolls are perfect for the first weekend of spring. I do love your time-lapse videos. It's so soothing and immersive to watch bread being made!

Posted - Mar 24 2019 : 1:28:18 PM Sunday dinner at Elisabeth's! What a loaf!!! Not only are your rolls and tiny loaf fabulous, but the last photo could be a front cover. Seriously, it launched my salivary glands into high gear. I think it was how yummy the crust looks.
