Hi everyone,
My gluten free bread comes out of baking dry in the center. Any ideas for a solution?

Hi Gabby,
Which type of flour are you using? My first thought is maybe you're adding a little too much flour? Are you having this issue with all gluten-free recipes, or one in particular?
