Well navigating this, technology, is more challenging than bread making!!!!! I'm trying. The wildbread book is so beautiful and I've gotton my start. Several bake days now, mostly good. Iam having trouble with sometimes the dough is too sticky. Also not enough air bubbles. Thanks for any input.

Hi, I started my mother the middle of August. I have not gone to advanced section yet. Still playing with simple breads. I did leap out a bit yesterday. I did one regular loaf with feta cheese and walnut, rose beautifully. I did a few dinner rolls which were great. Used a small portion for pizza, that didn't rise. Just don't understand why I don't get the bubbles.

Welcome Donna! How long have you had your mother going? Just wondering if you're in the advanced section yet. It takes about 4 weeks before your mother can be ready for advanced breads. Don't forget, your mother will continue to improve over time.
