Hello from California. I just purchased the Wild Bread book and decided to join for support. This is my first attempt at this. My daughter who is 21 would like to learn the process also. I have been purchasing flour from Bluebird Grain Farms for a few years and decided to start my Mother with their Einkorn flour. My only question right now is can I use my reverse osmosis water instead of distilled?
Thank you and looking forward to this journey!

Hi Monica, I'm so happy you stopped by! Bluebird Grain flours are fantastic, especially their Einkorn flour. Your reverse osmosis water should work for your mother, just make sure it's room temperature when you add it. If it comes from a refrigerator tap, the colder temperature will effect your mother.
