Hello!!!

I am venturing into the world of GF sourdough and this book came highly recommended. My husband is medically allergic to gluten, so our 25 lbs if white rice flour is on it’s way from Bob’s red mill.

I am excited/nervous/anxious about this. Also if anyone else is cooking gf break for allergies purposes please reach out so we can share notes!

Hi Mattie! I hope you have great success creating and baking with a gluten-free mother. If you have any hiccups along the way, I'm always here to help troubleshoot as best as I can.
