I’m new to bread making although I’m a grandmother in my sixties! I don’t know why, but bread making has always been dauntingly overwhelming to me! I had noticed that bread purchased from the grocery store caused me gastrointestinal upset. I had assumed that maybe I had a gluten/ wheat intolerance, but when I eat homemade bread I have no issues whatsoever. My goal is to be able to make all the bread that we eat.

Hi Debbie, thank for stopping by and taking minute to say hello! It's great that you've found that homemade breads are much easier to digest, and I love that your goal is to make all the breads that you eat!
