Posted - Sep 22 2022 : 2:51:10 PM I saw that title and had to find out what this is. It's the whole wheat spring flour, a bit higher in protein, lighter in color, and it makes a very light loaf. My new favorite. Anyone one else used this flour. Would love to learn more. |
