Good morning to all! I have a bowl of activated Einka mother waiting to be made into ham & Gruyere rolls today. Here's a picture I snapped as I was rolling a batch of sprouted wheat ham & Gruyere rolls last week.



I'm looking forward to the Einka ones today!

Today is Alina's birthday. She turns 5 and I'm wondering where the time went, and just how she got so big!
