Posted - Aug 16 2018 : 1:16:49 PM Good afternoon to everyone! It's been a cheese-y week here at the farm. Yesterday, I cut into and grated several wheels of our aged cheddar. I also whipped up a batch of our Garlic-Rosemary Goursin cheese. This cheese is so good smothered onto crackers, bread, or just on a spoon.
