Posted - Apr 14 2022 : 5:31:37 PM It means Country Bread in French. It was their daily bread until it became easy to walk out and buy a baguette. It's made with rye flour along with soft whole wheat. Anyone have a recipe? Techniques you can share? I have made it with yeast and it's so good but originally, it would have been made everyday with a levain. (sourdough starter) |
