I'm having difficulty finding the "sculpted" loaf pans anywhere even online. Any ideas?

Is "sculpted" important or can I use smooth?

Thanks,
Ralph

They don't need to be sculpted--at the time we were working on the equipment list, the only Pyrex loaf pans readily available were sculpted. Any 1.5-qt glass loaf pans will do, as long as at least one has a lid (you'll need the lid when you transition to a Refrigerator Mother). Something like this would be perfect: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01FWS58RY?pf_rd_p=c2945051-950f-485c-b4df-15aac5223b10&pf_rd_r=W9J2QTHCNN6THFRD294M

I found affordable loaf pans at Cost Plus World Market. They do not come with lids, though, but they work well.

They should work well. The only thing you need the lid for is when you convert your counter mother to a refrigerator mother. You can use a different lidded container for this. The lidded loaf pans were handy for our purposes for streamlining the equipment list by doubling up on the purpose of the loaf pans.
